LIFETIME FREE REPAIR:
I offer the repairs on any beaded piece that has come apart for whatever reason (your dog chewed it, your baby pulled too hard on it, your husband accidentally rips it off while making mad passionate love to you because he found you so amazingly beautiful wearing it, etc).
Although I stand by the quality of the items used in making these pieces, I simply can not guarantee something I did not make myself such as the beads or watch faces. I can only guarantee the work that I personally did on the piece.
Free clasp and string repair as long as you pay for the shipping. And if you're near the Milwaukee, WI area - all the better! I can meet you somewhere for pick up!
If you've had the item for some time and beads, clasps, or faces break, I may not be able to guarantee identical beads, faces, etc because some may have been discontinued - but I can guarantee something similar or better, dependent on what's available at the time - at a fair and reasonable cost to you.
